Dr. L Richard Morgan has been in plastic surgery practice since 1968 and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties to certify plastic surgeons. He received his undergraduate education from the University of Colorado, his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine, a General Surgery Residency at Letterman General Hospital, San Francisco, California and a Plastic Surgery Residency at Barnes Hospital, Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.
