DR. L. RICHARD MORGAN: I think one of the most important things we can take to a patient is education that we've gained from books and from our associates. We can educate them to say what they need as far as function of their hand and that's pretty easy. But then we have to do a give-and-take with what a patient may want for their face, for their presence and that sort of thing. So then we have to learn from them and then we combine what we have as experience and then we put that together. That's a complicated process and you got to be at the peak of your game every day to do that. It's exciting to be able to do that and make it work out. If you get one or two that you've done that with, it'll make your day worthwhile.
