DR. L. RICHARD MORGAN: We address the forehead about the same time as we do the eyelids. Many times we can help the upper eyelids with a forehead lift and sometimes the forehead lift not only takes care of the upper eyelids, but it'll take care of the creases. And if we can adjust the height of the eyes, then people don't wrinkle their foreheads and then we can do some nice things about taking away the frown lines and all that and it makes people look younger and makes them not look so intense and look happier.

One can do the forehead endoscopically and you use some techniques with some sutures that hold the skin up. One of my teachers have said that he thinks that it's necessary to remove a little bit of skin, otherwise it seems to come back too fast. So if you're going to do that, then you don't really need the endoscopic. We think that at the present time, that we get a longer-lasting result without the endoscopic technique.
