DR. L. RICHARD MORGAN: The benefits of facial rejuvenation, especially doing the deep plane facial procedures where you bring the cheek pad up and some of the jowls and that sort of thing, is undeniable. However, the recovery has bothered some people because we lead busy lives. It turns out there's a new technology where you are able to do some of the same things and less invasive and you can have people recover within a matter of days so that they can go back to work and they don't have the bruising and they don't have all the incisions to deal with. We offer that and there's things that can be worked out for the mid-face, even the forehead and with even fillers that can give people the advantage, many of the advantages at least, of the deep plane without the time and the cost.

One of the procedures that is of value in reducing the time of recovery and cost is a procedure where we make a small incision at the temple and then a device that looks like a toothbrush that goes down, it goes on to the bone and underneath the cheek pad. All the way from up here we can pull the cheek pad up and that will decrease the line on the cheek. Then with another couple of little devices, you can make an incision by the ear and pull up the jowls and you don't have the bruising, you don't have the recovery time and the cost is surprisingly low.
